Each chef (some of whom have been awarded Michelin stars) flaunts a unique style, character and personality, delivering a delicious diversity of cuisines of the very highest quality.

And whilst each of the chefs brings a taste of Spain to the table, the cuisine actually ranges from Japanese and Asian fusion, to the freshest of local Mediterranean seafood and traditional Spanish fare. Be assured that vegetarians and vegans aren’t overlooked either with a number of suitable dishes on offer to suit various requirements. Prepare to be mesmerised by the impressive skills as each chef wows with cooking demonstrations – or those adventurous guests can request a more in-depth cookery course.
